• Klevansky Family Dentistry, Lock Haven, Pennsylvania from 1995 to 2001
• Contract Dentist, Fort Gordon, Georgia from 2001 to 2003

J. Marc Rhoades, D.D.S.

• Graduated from Ohio State University Dental School, 1972
• Associate at Lawrence E. Cohen, DDS and Associates
  (now Gwinnett Family Dental Care, LLC)                          
  from 1994 to present

Eric Staeben, D.D.S.

• Graduated from University of Michigan Dental School, 2000
• Served from August 2000 to May 2003 as a dentist in the United States Army at Fort Gordon, Georgia, retiring with the rank of Captain
